Chic Connection is operated by DN Solutions Group, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect your right to control your personal data. This Data Deletion Policy explains how you can request deletion of your account and associated information from the Chic Connection mobile application and related services.

About the Operator

The Chic Connection app and website are owned and operated by DN Solutions Group, LLC. References to "Chic Connection," "we," "us," or "our" in this policy refer to DN Solutions Group, LLC in connection with the Service.

1. What Gets Deleted

When you delete your Chic Connection account, we will remove or anonymize the following data associated with your account, subject to legal retention requirements:

• Profile information (name, bio, photos, videos, interests, preferences)
• Account credentials and authentication data
• Messages and conversation history
• Match history and interaction data
• Location data associated with your account
• Device tokens used for push notifications
• Verification documents submitted to our platform
• Posts, stories, comments, and other user-generated content

2. How to Delete Your Account In the App

The fastest way to delete your account is directly within the Chic Connection app:

1. Open the Chic Connection app and sign in to your account
2. Go to Settings (Options menu)
3. Scroll to Delete Account
4. Confirm your decision when prompted

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. You will be signed out immediately and your profile will no longer be visible to other users.

• In-app deletion: Processed immediately upon confirmation. Your profile is removed from public view without delay.
• Email requests: We will acknowledge your request within 7 business days and complete deletion within 30 days.
• Backup systems: Residual data in backup systems may take up to 90 days to be fully purged.

We may retain certain information after account deletion where required or permitted by law, including:

• Records required for legal compliance, tax, or regulatory purposes
• Information necessary to resolve disputes or enforce our Terms of Use
• Anonymized or aggregated data that cannot identify you
• Records of reports or safety investigations related to your account
• Transaction records related to subscriptions, retained as required by payment processors

When you delete your account, we delete data stored on our servers and request deletion from key service providers where applicable. Some third-party services (such as Apple, Google, Firebase, or RevenueCat) may retain data according to their own policies. You may need to manage subscription cancellations separately through the App Store or Google Play.

In compliance with Google Play's data safety requirements, DN Solutions Group, LLC, operator of Chic Connection, provides this page as a web resource for users to request deletion of their account and associated data without reinstalling the app. The in-app deletion method described above fulfills the same purpose.
